Shopping Policy – Bloomra Style

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and another with tracking details once it ships.

Shipping

  • Domestic Shipping: Standard delivery within the U.S. takes 3–7 business days.

  • International Shipping: Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on the destination.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders (see promotions page for details).

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • To change or cancel your order, contact us immediately at bloomrastyle@gmail.com.

  • We can only modify or cancel orders before they are shipped.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact us within 7 days.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • To start a return or exchange, email us at bloomrastyle@gmail.com with your order number and details.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.

Payment Methods

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and selected buy-now-pay-later options like Klarna/Afterpay (where available).

Taxes & Duties

  • Sales tax is applied based on your shipping address and local regulations.

  • International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes, which are not included in our prices.
